Paul Reduzzi - Gold Squad Coach
Coach Reduzzi has been a High School Teacher and coach for the past thirty-three years. He is currently a Math Teacher at Bangor Area High School where he coaches Football and Girls Basketball. While coaching in New Jersey he had the opportunity to lead two New Jersey schools to Sectional Championships: Belvidere(1999) and Hopatcong(2001 and 2005). He was also part of three District XI Championship Teams at Pen Argyl High School. He participated as a player on the 1984 District XI A Championship Team and was the Head Coach of the 2011 and 2012 District XI AA Teams. He was recognized by the Express Times as Coach of the Year in 1999 and 2012 and The Morning Call in 2012. He was also named the District XI Coach of the Year in 2011. He was on the coaching staff of the East squad which won the 2014 East-West All-Star Game. Last year Coach Reduzzi had the opportunity to coach in the PSFCA Big 33 Game, where Pennsylvania defeated Maryland 28-7. This will be Coach Reduzzi’s tenth time coaching the McDonald’s All-Star Game, second as a Head Coach. He was inducted as a member of the McDonald's Lehigh Valley All-Star Football Classic Hall of Fame in 2017. Coach Reduzzi has been greatly supported throughout his career by his wife of twenty-nine years, Becky. They have three daughters; Nicole, Morgan, and Lauren. They also have two grandsons Robby and Everett.
Jim McCarroll - Red Squad Coach
Coach Jim McCarroll is originally from Tamaqua, PA. As a graduate of Marian Catholic High School, Jim was part of the 1986 Eastern Conference Champion team. He attended Bloomsburg University where he was a three-year letterman. A two-year starter at Defensive Back, McCarroll led the team in interceptions in his junior year. After the Huskies, Coach McCarroll went on to be an assistant coach at Marian Catholic, Pocono Mountain, and Wyoming Valley West where he was a part of three District XI Championship wins.
In 2002, Coach McCarroll became the 1st Head Football Coach at Pocono Mountain West High School and led the Panthers to the MVC Championship in 2007. The Panthers have appeared five times in the Eastern Conference Playoffs under Coach McCarroll, winning the 5A/6A Eastern Football Championship in 2016. Coach McCarroll has been active in the Lehigh Valley All-Star Football Classic over the past decade, as Head Coach in 2008, assistant coaching, currently serving on the Board of Directors, and having been inducted into the Lehigh Valley All-Star Hall of Fame in 2013. In the fall of 2017, Coach McCarroll led the Panthers to their first District XI playoff berth and victory in program history. Jim McCarroll is currently a teacher and Head Football Coach at Pocono Mountain West High School.
