Vinnie Andrews - Team Ronald McDonald House

Vinnie Andrews brings 19 years of coaching experience across some of the Lehigh Valley’s most respected high school football programs. Over the course of his career, he has made significant contributions at Nazareth, Pen Argyl, Allentown Central Catholic,Pocono Mountain East, and Bangor.Coach Andrews has been part of multiple championship teams, including Nazareth’s 2011 Lehigh Valley Conference (LVC) and District 11 championship team, Allentown Central Catholic’s 2016 EPC North Division title, and Bangor’s 2022 Eastern Conference championship.As a high school athlete, he helped lead his team to two league championships and a District 11 title while earning MVC All-League honors as a two-way player in his senioryear at Lehighton High School. He continued his playing career at Albright College,where he was a three-year starter, a two-time team MVP, a member of the 2005 ECAC championship team, and served as team captain during his senior season.Coach Andrews played in the McDonald’s game in 2003. He has also coached in this game twice. He was an assistant in 2012 and Offensive Coordinator in 2023.Coach Andrews lives in Bangor with his wife Justine, and their daughter Kimberly.
Joe Henrich - Team St. Luke's Childrens Hospital

Coach Henrich is entering his third season as Head Football Coach at Catasauqua High School. Before joining the Rough Riders, he served as Head Coach at Bethlehem Catholic for nine years. Under his leadership, Becahi captured one EPC North title, made seven district playoff appearances, won four District XI championships, and reached the PIAA state playoffs four times, including back-to-back 4A state semifinal appearances in 2017 and 2018. He was honored as the Nike Eastern PA 3A Coach of the Year in 2013 and the PSFCA 4A Coach of the Year in 2017. His all-star coaching credentials include serving as Head Coach of the 2014 McDonald’s All-Star Classic, assistant coach in the 2019 Big 33 Game, and Head Coach of the 2021 PA East/West All-Star Game.
A 1991 graduate of Emmaus High School, Coach Henrich was a two-time All-Conference player and a McDonald’s All-Star Game participant. He continued his playing career at the University of Connecticut, where he was a starting center.
Henrich began his coaching career in 1995 as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Redlands in California. He went on to serve as Defensive Coordinator at Western Connecticut State in 1997, and in 1998 returned to the Lehigh Valley to join the staff at Muhlenberg College, helping the Mules achieve their first non-losing season in eight years. He later spent two years as Defensive Coordinator at Albright College before returning to Muhlenberg, where he helped lead the team to a 10–2 record and the program’s first-ever trip to the second round of the NCAA playoffs.
From 2003 onward, Coach Henrich transitioned to the high school ranks, serving two years as Defensive Coordinator at Freedom High School, one season as Special Teams Coordinator at Bethlehem Catholic, and five years as Defensive Coordinator at Emmaus. During his time at Emmaus, his defenses consistently ranked among the best in the Lehigh Valley Conference and the state. In 2008, the Green Hornets finished second in Pennsylvania in scoring defense, allowing just 5.9 points per game. His leadership helped Emmaus reach three Eastern Conference playoff appearances—including one championship—and two PIAA playoff berths.
